Terms and Conditions
a. Once work has started on an order, no refund or cancellation of the order is allowed.
b. Goods sold are not returnable or exchangeable unless the wrong items have been shipped or the items display obvious manufacturing defects. In cases where the wrong item has been shipped, the item can be exchanged or returned for a full refund, provided the item is in its original unused condition.
c. I will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in the post. Thus registered Mail is highly recommended.
d. If, for whatever reason, an order cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be made.
How To Order
1) ORDERING INFORMATION

2) PAYMENT
Payment is via internet banking. Payment details will be emailed to you once the order is confirmed.
3) DELIVERY
- Postage is flat at $1 for all orders.
- Your order will be sent by ordinary mail through Singpost.
- If you wish to have your order sent using Registered Mail, there will be an additional charge of S$2.20.
- As all items are handmade, the time needed to fulfil an order varies depending on the item. Orders will be mailed out as soon as possible.
- Self-collection from my place can be arranged. Please indicate in your order if you wish to self-collect.
